Will is an experienced founder, investor and director of various businesses. After a career as a Salesperson, Will has acted as MD, Chief Executive, Executive Director and Non-Executive Director for various businesses.
‍
Through this journey, Will is one of Australia's top 100 young entrepreneurs named by Business News Australia and awarded Seven News Young Achiever and Smart Company 30 under 30. His businesses have been named Deloitte's Fast 100, Top 50 Sports Start-ups globally, among other recognitions.

His passion lies in bettering himself every day, and he constantly strives for learning opportunities, including recently graduating from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Will focuses on the strategy, development, and implementation of systems and processes and the businesses' sales and marketing strategies.

Will is a very passionate St Kilda FC supporter, a Member of the Metropolitan Golf Club, lives in Glen Iris with his wife and two daughters and can recite every word of Disney's Frozen.

Jonno Lindsay

General Partner

Jonno is a passionate operator and advisor having worked in and led businesses that range from large market-leading, global organisations to SME’s requiring reinvigoration to achieve scale.

Jonno drove the marketing strategy and soft goods product development for Callaway Golf’s subsidiary in the South Pacific and helped lead the repositioning and expansion of the prolific Australian sporting brand, XBlades, which included launching into international markets such as Japan.

He is now the COO of Sports Performance Tracking; a pioneering GPS company that tracks and improves the performance of aspiring athletes, and an advisor to Buildpass, a construction-tech start-up.  

Equipped with an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a passion for People, Product, and Revenue Operations, Jonno’s obsession lies with understanding the heartbeat of the organisation and unlocking its true potential.

Jonno is a doting father, husband, an avid skier, swimmer, and golfer. Also, despite having no musical talent, would love to learn how to play the guitar.
